Dune Leather Woven Chair Class - June 20, 2026

Spend a day in our Costa Mesa, California studio building a leather woven lawn chair you take home when you are done.

Your experience begins with a welcome coffee or tea and a brief introduction to leather and the craft behind the chair. Then you get into it. Learning the weave pattern, working with the leather straps, and assembling the chair by hand from start to finish. Hands-on from the first strap to the last.

The aluminum frame is lightweight and rust-free, so it goes wherever you do. Folds flat in seconds for easy storage in your trunk, garage, or anywhere in between. The leather weave is done by you, in our studio, on the day.

Classes start at $450. Add-ons are available on the day.

Note: The leather will develop a natural patina over time with use and sun exposure. This is a characteristic of vegetable tanned leather and part of what makes your chair one of a kind.
